This inquiry gives me what I need to understand your project and figure out whether a Home Design Evaluation is the right next step. I personally review every submission and respond within 2 business days.

As a general guide, furnishings-only projects typically start around a $10,000 investment, and renovation or new construction projects typically start around $25,000. The Home Design Evaluation fee is $750, applied in full toward your design fee if we move forward. Every project is different. If you're not sure where yours falls, just reach out and ask.
